Soundbase是一款免费的MP3播放以及管理工具，它并不像时下的音乐播放软件一样，想要通吃各种音乐文件格式，它的主要就是针对 MP3音乐文件而已。使用者可以透过它直觉的接口来管理自己的所有 MP3 文件，并且还能够对 MP3音乐文件的卷标直接进行编辑。此外，如播放的专辑封面，对专辑的评价以及一些信息记录，也全部都可以通过 Soundbase 来进行。

SoundBase is a single executable file, that can be put in anydirectory. Only after it starts it will create a database and an inifile in the same directory it is started from. SoundBase doesn't useany registry settings, nor does it require a skinfile, so you can alsouse soundbase if you have only limited access rights, or user controlover your pc.

We did also create an installer so you can run it as you would normallydo with any new application you install, just follow the steps duringthe install and Soundbasewill install into the desired directory. This installer does includeskinpack 1, to give you immediate access to 60 soundbase skins.

To enhance Soundbase visible appearance you can download the additional skins below. You can store them anywhere and load them through the Soundbase options. Skins are not required to use Soundbase, but you might like to give Soundbase more appealing looks.
